If the item is damaged within ninety (90) days of the purchase date,
We will reimburse You the purchase price of the item (excluding delivery, installation, and sales tax)
up to $5,000 per claim and up to $10,000 per year.

initiate a claim on this site by completing the
Claim Form and mailing it in with supporting documentation. You need to submit a claim within 90 days of the
loss or damage. See

information on making a claim.

Coverage is limited to two (2) claims per twelve (12) month period and all claims need to be made while you are a
